What do you need from me to get started?
After checkout I’ll email you to confirm your store URL (and password if your store is locked), your main goal, your target audience and your main traffic source, for example Meta ads, Google or TikTok. Analytics access is optional, but it helps me see exactly where visitors drop off.
Which audit should I choose?
Choose the Main Funnel audit if you run a one-product or smaller store, or want the highest-impact fixes first. It covers your product page, cart, upsells, checkout and thank-you page.
Choose the Complete audit if you want every page reviewed, including your home page, collection pages and landing pages.
How will I receive my audit?
Within 7 business days you’ll receive a Figma file that opens free in your browser. Every fix is marked on screenshots of your own store, explained and ranked by impact, with a top 5 priority list so you know where to start.
Will you make changes to my store?
No. The audit tells you exactly what to change and why. If you’d like me to build the fixes for you, get in touch and I’ll quote for the implementation separately.
Can you improve my checkout?
Checkout changes depend on your Shopify plan, and most plans allow only limited checkout customisation. I’ll flag what’s possible on your plan and focus my recommendations on changes you can actually make.
Can you audit a store that isn’t in English?
Yes. I review design, UX and structure in any language, and I review copy in detail for English-language stores.
What if you can’t find 20 improvements?
Then you get a full refund. I’m confident I can find at least 20 improvements with a clear impact on your sales, and if your audit doesn’t include them, just tell me.
