Terms & conditions
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to any services or digital products you buy from HighConvert. Please read them carefully. By using this website, requesting a proposal or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
This website is operated by Techgenix IT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as HighConvert (“we”, “us”, “our”). The services are led by Ifti Nur.
Registered address: 77 Ripple Road, Barking IG11 7NT, United Kingdom.

Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
Our services
We provide Shopify store design and development, store redesigns, product and landing page design, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) audits, Figma UI/UX design and related services (“Services”).
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in the proposal, quote or order you accept (“Proposal”). If anything in a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal applies for that project.
Orders placed through Fiverr are also governed by Fiverr’s Terms of Service, which take priority over these Terms for those orders.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless the Proposal says otherwise. A project starts once you have accepted the Proposal and paid any deposit that is due.
Work that is not described in the Proposal, or changes to the agreed scope, will be quoted separately before we begin it.
Payments
- Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are set out in the Proposal.
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless agreed otherwise.
- We may pause work on a project while an invoice is overdue.
- Prices are shown in the currency stated in the Proposal. Third-party costs, such as Shopify plans, apps, fonts, stock images or page builder subscriptions, are not included unless stated and are paid directly by you.
Your responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:
- provide content, brand assets, product information and store access when requested;
- give clear, consolidated feedback within the agreed review periods;
- make sure you own or have permission to use any content, images, trademarks or data you give us; and
- keep your own backups of your store, theme and data before changes are published.
Delays in providing content, access or feedback may move the delivery date.
Revisions and approvals
Each Proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Designs are presented for your approval before development begins. Once you approve a design or a delivered stage, further changes to that stage may be charged as additional work.
A project is treated as complete when the agreed deliverables have been delivered and approved, or 14 days after final delivery if we have not received a reasonable request for corrections.
Timelines
We will do our best to meet the timelines in the Proposal. Dates are estimates and can depend on your feedback, third-party platforms and the availability of content and access.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the final designs and custom code created specifically for your project and delivered to you.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing materials, general know-how, reusable code snippets, templates and tools, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your delivered project.
Third-party themes, apps, fonts, images and page builders remain subject to their own licences.
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work, screenshots and non-confidential results in our portfolio, on this website and on our professional profiles.
Results
We design and build with conversion in mind, and we share examples of results achieved for other clients. However, sales and conversion rates depend on many factors outside our control, including traffic, pricing, products, advertising and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rate or other business results.
Third-party platforms and apps
Your store runs on Shopify and may use third-party apps and services. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, changes, data handling or outages. Some links on this website may be affiliate links; we only recommend tools we use ourselves.
Confidentiality
We keep your confidential business information, store data and login details private and use them only to deliver your project. We ask you to keep our proposals and pricing confidential.
Digital products
Templates, Figma files, checklists and other digital products sold on this website are licensed for use by the buyer on their own projects or client projects. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves.
Because digital products are delivered immediately, you agree that the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the download has started. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix, replace or refund it.
Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel a project by giving us written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation, and any deposit covers work already scheduled or carried out.
- If we cancel a project for reasons within our control, we will refund payments for work not yet delivered.
- Refunds for orders placed through Fiverr are handled under Fiverr’s policies.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders and proposals from the date shown above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
