The Bath Time

The challenge

The Bath Time sells bath bomb molds to home crafters and small businesses. The store wasn’t generating enough sales, and the brand needed a fresh visual identity that felt as fun and premium as the products.

What I did

• Ran a discovery call and audited the existing store, then built a redesign strategy around branding, product discovery and the shopping journey
• Presented three colour directions; the client chose the final lavender palette
• Redesigned and developed the homepage, collection pages, product pages, cart page and cart drawer
• Built two custom-order pages where customers pick product options, share their idea and upload reference images
• Added reviews, clearer product information, a free-shipping progress bar, cart upsells and prominent calls to action
• Finished responsive styling for desktop, tablet and mobile, optimised speed and launched the store

Early results

In the first 18 hours and 50 minutes after launch, Shopify reported $239 in total sales, 2 orders and a 2.27% conversion rate. That’s an early snapshot, not a long-term trend, but it was an encouraging start for the new store.
