Email & SMS Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for someone who understands Shopify, email flows, SMS automation, and eCommerce CRO. This role is for someone who can improve retention, customer journey, and revenue.
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who has experience working with Shopify brands and can build email and SMS systems that actually convert.
What You’ll Do
- Build welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback flows
- Create clean, on-brand email templates
- Manage SMS campaigns and automations
- Improve customer journey, retention, AOV, and LTV
- Make updates fast based on feedback and performance
What We Need
- Strong Shopify experience
- Experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar tools
- Understanding of eCommerce CRO and funnels
- Reliable, fast, and easy to work with
- Ability to show results, not just designs
Pay
We are currently looking for someone within the salary range of BDT 10,000 to BDT 35,000 per month, depending on experience, skill level, and results.
